Distribution shafts are designed for the installation of heat pumps, and are fully watertight. Shafts are made up of a distributor/collector system. The entire system is made up of piping, closing taps and flow regulators. Shafts transfer heat between the geothermal probes or collectors and the heat pump. Distributors and collectors perform different functions. Distributors are designed to distribute the antifreeze fluid flowing from the heat pump. On the contrary, collectors collect the fluid, which then flows through the piping to the heat pump.
